Instant Pot Chilli Con Carne. How to make a delicious one pot of chilli con carne in the instant pot. Loaded with 3 different types of beans, lots of tomatoes, ground minced beef and plenty of seasoning this version of chilli on carne is perfect for an easy weekday meal.

Instant Pot Chilli Con Carne Ingredients:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 small white onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g White beans
- 400 g black beans
- 400 g Kidney Beans
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 2 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1.5 Tsp cumin powder
- 2 Tsp oregano
- 2 Tsp paprika
- salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp worcester sauce
- 1 Medium Red Chilli optional
- 2 celery sticks optional

Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice your onion and garlic. Chop your red pepper into small chunks. Load the garlic, onion, red pepper and extra virgin olive oil into the instant pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until you have colour on your onion.
- Drain and add in your beans.
- Add in all your seasonings.
- Add in the tomatoes.
- Refill one of your tomato tins with 400ml of water and load into the instant pot.
- Stir everything. Place the lid on your instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 6 minutes.
- Manually release pressure, stir and serve.
Notes
- If you like it spicier. Then I recommend adding in a chopped chilli (seeds removed) when you prep your red pepper.
- I used one can of tinned tomatoes and one can of tomato sauce. You can mix and match between the two, depending on what is in your pantry.
