Ingredients
- 3 lbs round steak cut into bites
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients and add the beef in the Instant pot.
- Set the valve to sealing.
- Set the pressure for 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can make a gravy by stirring 1 tablespoon cornstarch in with 1/2 cup of water. Then whisk it in with the steak juices. Switch the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
