Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes well. Poke them a few times with a fork so they don't explode while cooking.
- Add the trivet to the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
- Place potatoes on the trivet. The potatoes should not be touching the water.
- Cook on high pressure for 17 minutes.
- Allow Instant Pot to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes and then do a quick release.
- Potatoes may keep warm in the Instant Pot for an hour or you may wrap them tightly and store them in the fridge for future use.
Notes
- Serve sweet potatoes with cinnamon honey butter or your favorite toppings.
