  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • ½ onion cubed
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon cut into small pieces, cooked
  • ½ cup bread cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and mushrooms. Cook for about 4 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  3. Add the bread cubes, bacon, and cheese on top, and distribute evenly.
