  • 1 cup black olives cut in half, medium
  • ¾ cup red bell pepper roasted, chopped
  • ¾ cup Pepperoncini chopped
  • cup red onion slivered
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic pressed or finely minced, plump clove
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the chickpeas, provolone, salami, black olives, roasted red bell pepper, pepperoncini, and red onion.
