Italian Dressing
Report
Skip the store-bought stuff and make this simple Italian dressing at home! It’s zesty, flavorful, and pairs well with a variety of salads or can be used as a marinade.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and whisk by hand or shake up the jar until emulsified.
Notes
- Want to add parmesan cheese? Go for it! I'd start with 1 Tablespoon at a time.
