This rich and creamy Keto Chocolate Frosting has a velvety buttercream-like texture and the perfect sweet and decadent chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup monk fruit/allulose powdered

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir and continue heating in 10 second increments until melted.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then add in the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, butter and sweetener.
  4. Whip using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy, then you are ready to frost!
