Ingredients
- 7 ounces sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup monk fruit/allulose powdered
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds.
- Stir and continue heating in 10 second increments until melted.
- Allow to cool slightly, then add in the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, butter and sweetener.
- Whip using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy, then you are ready to frost!
