This mouth-watering, tender and juicy Keto Glazed Ham is baked until warm and golden brown.

Ingredients
- 10 pound bone-in fully cooked half ham
- ½ cup sugar-free honey substitute
- ¼ cup sugar-free apricot jam
- ¼ cup brown allulose/monk fruit
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F, while you prepare the ham.
- Remove the skin (if any) then, using a sharp knife cut about ¼ inch deep and score the fat in a diamond-shaped pattern.
- Place the ham, face down, in a 9x13 baking pan with a baking rack. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 ½ hours.
- Remove the ham from the oven and increase the temperature to 400°F.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a gentile simmer, stirring the entire time. Simmer for 5 minutes until the brown sweetener has dissolved and the mixture has thickened.
- Brush ⅓ of the glaze all over the ham and continue to bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
- Repeat the process once more until the outside has caramelized. Take the remaining ⅓ of the glaze and whisk in some of the ham juices to make a sauce to pour over the sliced ham before serving.
