This keto instant pot chili is keto and low carb. It uses a few simple ingredients without beans – a perfect keto instant pot recipe that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ lb ground beef
- olive oil for frying
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 15- oz can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 1 6- oz can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
- shredded cheese for garnishing

Instructions
- Add oil to the instant pot and select “saute”. Once hot, add onion and cook for about 6 minutes or until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook for about 8 minutes or until browned. Use a wooden spatula to break apart the meat.
- Add the remaining ingredients except shredded cheese to the instant pot and stir well.
- Cancel the saute cycle. Then close the lid and select the “Meat/Stew” setting to start pressure cooking. (It’s about 35 minutes).
- Once completed, turn the valve to “vent” for quick release.
- Garnish with shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy!
