Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 medium mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice mushrooms and almonds, then add to pan with butter on medium-high heat.
  2. Once mushrooms are soft, add hemp seeds, chicken broth, and seasoning to the pan. Mix well and turn heat to medium low.
  3. Once you're happy with the consistency, turn the pan off and dish out!
