Ingredients
- 2 cups coffee strong and fresh brewed
- 1 cup coconut milk from the carton
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice blend recipe here
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 15 drops liquid stevia
Instructions
- Heat pumpkin, milk, butter, and spices over medium-low heat. Once bubbling, add 2 cups of strong coffee and mix together.
- Take off of the stove, add cream and stevia, then use an immersion blender to mix together.
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
