  • 2 cups coffee strong and fresh brewed
  • 1 cup coconut milk from the carton
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice blend recipe here
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 15 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Heat pumpkin, milk, butter, and spices over medium-low heat. Once bubbling, add 2 cups of strong coffee and mix together.
  2. Take off of the stove, add cream and stevia, then use an immersion blender to mix together.
  3. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
