This delicious keto salmon and avocado toast is the perfect breakfast for any diet!

  • 4 lices keto sandwich bread
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp diced chives
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in toaster until golden brown.
  2. Layer 1/4 sliced avocado onto each slice of bread.
  3. Top with 2-3 oz smoked salmon per slice of bread.
  4. Top salmon with 1 tbsp of sour cream, chives, and capers.
  5. Generously season with celtic sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
