This delicious keto salmon and avocado toast is the perfect breakfast for any diet!

Ingredients
- 4 lices keto sandwich bread
- 1 avocado sliced
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp capers
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp diced chives
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Toast bread in toaster until golden brown.
- Layer 1/4 sliced avocado onto each slice of bread.
- Top with 2-3 oz smoked salmon per slice of bread.
- Top salmon with 1 tbsp of sour cream, chives, and capers.
- Generously season with celtic sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
