Key Lime Grilled Chicken Taco Skewers are a quick & easy recipe that's low carb & gluten free. Serve them in tortillas for tacos, over rice or on a salad!

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced into cubes
- 10 key limes 4 juiced - 6 sliced into quarters
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a bowl and squeeze 4 of the key limes over the chicken.
- Add the taco seasoning and toss to coat.
- Skewer the chicken with the quartered key limes.
- Place on an indoor or outdoor grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
