Lamb Rub

My homemade lamb rub uses a mixture of pantry staple spices to enhance the taste of lamb dishes. It's easy, and best of all it only costs cents to make! Makes 3 tablespoons.

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cardamom
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, sweet paprika, ground cloves, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of cardamom and salt.
- Mix well to combine.
- Store spice mix in an airtight container for later use if needed.
