Ingredients

- 1-2 tablespoons honey 15-30 milliliters
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granola 100 grams
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh, 80 grams
- mint for garnish, optional, fresh
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl.
- Fold in the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
