Lemon Icing Glaze

An easy sweet and tart lemon icing to drizzle over muffins, cakes or cookies.

Ingredients
- 130 g icing sugar 1 cup, powdered sugar
- 75 g butter ⅓ cup, melted salted or unsalted+⅛teaspoon salt
- 80 mls lemon juice ⅓ cup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, use a small whisk to mix 130 g icing sugar, 75 g butter, 80 mls lemon juice, ½ teaspoon vanilla and 2 teaspoons milk together till smooth and creamy. Use straight away before it begins to harden.
Notes
- Cover and store in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
- Stir to soften the icing before using.
