Ingredients
- 1 container Cool Whip 8 Ounces
- 1 box Lemon JELLO gelatin mix 3 ounce
- 1 Can crushed pineapple, drained 20 ounce
- 2 Cups Fruity Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ Cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip with gelatin powder. Mix until combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fold everything gently together.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- Use our stablized whipped cream recipe in place of cool whip if preferred.
- If you prefer a brighter yellow color, add a couple drops of yellow food dye to step 1.
- Can be made in advance.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
