Juicy chicken thighs with lemon, spices and olive oil

Ingredients
- 6 Bone-in chicken thighs Skin on
- 1/2 juice lemon
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon honey
- zest of a lemon
spices
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon seasoning optional

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together spices, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and honey.
- Coat the bone-in chicken thighs with the marinade until fully incorporated. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Slice a lemon into thin rounds, and place them on top of the chicken.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 375°F, or until the chicken is fully cooked
- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the oven, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the chicken with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
