These healthy 3 ingredient lemonade popsicles are naturally sweetened with honey and so easy to make. The perfect frozen, refreshing Summer dessert.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice (about 10 lemons)
- ½ cup honey
- ½ - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 3 cups cold water

Instructions
- Add the honey and ½ cup water to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes until the honey is dissolved into water and has reduced.
- In a large liquid measuring cup (easy for pouring) or small pitcher, mix the honey water with the lemon juice, zest, and 2 ½ cups of cold water.
- Evenly pour into popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks. This recipe makes about 8 to 10 popsicles.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Using a Microwave: You can also warm the water in a microwave-safe glass for 60 seconds and mix in the honey to dissolve it.
- Maple Syrup: You can substitute the honey with maple syrup; however, the flavor will change, and these lemonade popsicles will have some maple notes.
- Make them Vegan: Easily make these lemonade popsicles vegan by substituting honey with granulated sugar. Simply follow the exact recipe card instructions and ensure all the sugar is dissolved in the warm water before adding the lemon juice.
- Storing: You can store these lemonade popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 months. Either keep them in the mold or store them in airtight baggies.
