                                Ingredients
- Gremolata click for the recipe
 - 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 236 mL
 - Juice from ½ of a lemon
 - Pinch of flaky sea salt
 - 8 oz linguine 226 g
 
Instructions
- Gremolata: Make gremolata (5 minutes to make). Stir together gremolata, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
 - Linguini: Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil, then add linguine. Cook according to instructions on package.
 - Serve: Toss together linguine and gremolata sauce. Serve immediately.
