Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. If microwaving, use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Spread melted white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet into a 1/4" thick rectangle.
  4. Melt the green candy melts and drop spoonfuls on top of the melted white chocolate rectangle. Use a spatula to swirl green and white chocolate together.
  5. Place marshmallows and sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate.
  6. Allow to set completely (about an hour) before cutting.

Notes

  • Nutrition information is an estimate only; your actual values will vary based on exact ingredients used and serving size.
  • Prep Tips:
  • The best way to store candy bark is in an airtight container at room temperature. Keep away from any light or heat sources that may cause it to melt or soften.
  • Refrigeration is not normally needed, but if the room temperature in your home is over 75 degrees or so, you may consider keeping them in the fridge.
  •
  • Substitutions - If you have a bag of white chocolate chips in the pantry and are wondering if you can swap them for the white chocolate melting wafers, the answer is yes. However, if using white chocolate chips, I recommend stirring in a Tablespoon of shortening or coconut oil during the melting process. This will help make the chocolate smoother and to re-harden better.
