Ingredients
- 2 ounces limoncello
- 3 ounces prosecco or dry sparkling wine of choice
- 1 ounce club soda or just add more prosecco if that's how you roll
- lemon wheel
- thyme optional for garnish, or mint, fresh, spring
Instructions
- Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the limoncello, Prosecco, and club soda.
- Give it a stir, or leave the layers as they are for presentation. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh thyme.
