Loaded Slow Cooker Potatoes just melt in your mouth! They are cheesy and bursting with bacon, garlic, and Italian seasonings. Takes almost no effort to make, but guaranteed to be your new favorite side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs little potatoes halved or quartered
- 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Line a 6-quart slow cooker with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- Add half all the following ingredients: potatoes, cheese, garlic, cooked bacon, green onions, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Fold in the sides of the aluminum foil around potatoes.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low until potatoes are tender, 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve sour cream and topped with green onions.
