Low Carb Sriracha Shrimp

Sriracha Shrimp is one of my favorite low carb recipes. It’s packed with Sriracha flavors and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp thawed, raw
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add shrimp and half of the marinade into a zip-lock bag to marinate.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Add the rest of the sauce. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque (flip half way, about 2 minutes each side).
  5. Remove shrimp from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
