Lowfat Protein No Fried Ice Cream

A healthy, low-fat dessert using Sea Salt Caramel ice cream rolled into sweet and crunchy cereal and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Simple Truth Low Cow Sea Salt Caramel Lite Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal crushed
  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries sliced
  • Spray whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Roll ice cream into balls. Place in freezer and let set up and freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Place Honey Bunches of Oats in a medium size bowl. Roll ice cream balls in cereal and press down to coat.
  3. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes longer.
  4. Place fresh sliced strawberries in bowl. Top with unfried mexican ice cream ball. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Optional: drizzle with honey, caramel sauce, or hot fudge
