Mango lemonade or limeade
Description
The drink starts by placing ripe mango chunks, freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice, sugar or honey, part of the water, and a few ice cubes into a blender. The ingredients are pureed until smooth, creating a thick, fruity base. Optionally, the mixture can be strained to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
More water is then mixed in to adjust the consistency and dilution to taste, making the lemonade or limeade light and refreshing. It's served over ice cubes to maintain chill, with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon or lime as garnish, enhancing aroma and presentation.
This versatile beverage uses natural fruit sweetness balanced with citrus tartness and is suitable for warm weather enjoyment or as a complement to various meals.
