 Maple Plant Butter (Three Ways!) is a smooth, creamy plant based butter that spreads perfectly over a piece of fresh bread and melts into all the cracks! You won't be able to live without it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup pecans optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the coconut oil, sunflower oil, milk and maple syrup until you get a homogenous pale mixture. Refrigerate for 12-15 minutes or freeze for 5-10 until it starts to get firm.
  2. Using a stand or hand mixer, whip the mixture until it starts to get fluffy for about 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer into a container and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 8 hours or enjoy it whipped.
