These Matcha Chocolate Covered Strawberries are an easy yet decadent treat that you can whip up in a few minutes. Fresh juicy strawberries get a coating of green tea powder and white chocolate in this delicious combo.

Ingredients
- 4 large fresh strawberries
- 50 g white chocolate
- 5 g coconut oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon matcha

Instructions

- First, wash and pat dry the strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry.
- Add the white chocolate to a small bowl and heat over a double-boiler or in a microwave, in 30-second increments, until completely melted.
- Once the white chocolate is melted, stir in the coconut oil and matcha powder until homogenous.
- Take a fresh strawberry by the stem/leafy end and dip the strawberry into the matcha chocolate, coating it entirely.
- Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the matcha coated strawberry onto a small tray lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
- Chill the matcha strawberries in the fridge for 5-10 minutes for the matcha chocolate shell to set.
- For additional pizzazz, you can add an additional drizzle of white chocolate or dark chocolate.
