Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 C warmed milk or non-dairy alternative
Optional add ons
- marshmallows peppermint or regular
- Whipped Cream
- crushed candy cane

Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips and matcha into a mug.
- Add in the hot water and give it a stir to dissolve the white chocolate and matcha.
- If you wish, you can use an electric frother to whisk the mixture.
- Add in a few drops of peppermint extract (adjust to your liking). It's better to start with a few drops first and then add more if it's not strong enough.
- Pour the warmed milk over the matcha and white chocolate mixture. Give it a quick stir.
- Garnish with (peppermint) marshmallows and whipped cream. (You can also brûlée the marshmallows if you wish).
