Make Max’s Pretty Darn Good Clam Chowder at home.

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 8 ounces clam juice
- 6 ounces baby clams 1 can
- 1 can Green Giant Mexicorn
- 6 trips bacon chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 pound potato peeled and cut into small pieces
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in saucepan (except for evaporated milk), bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 10-15 or until vegetables are soft. Add evaporated milk, bring almost to a boil and serve immediately.
