  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon table salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream and buttermilk into a small glass jar or bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and set aside in a warm spot for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Toss in the lime juice and salt and mix until combined.
  4. Serve and enjoy or cover and refrigerate.
