Whether you make them as a party appetizer or an easy weeknight dinner, these Mini Deep Dish Pizzas are always a hit!

Ingredients
- 1 8oz. can Red Gold Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp teaspoon dried basil
- 12 mini flour tortillas
- 52 mini pepperoni
- 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. Pour your tomato sauce into a small bowl. Add the basil, oregano, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
- Press your mini tortillas into your muffin pan like this. The sides will be bunched up, but that's fine.
- Add a pinch of shredded cheese into each tortilla.
- Then add 2 spoonfuls of the sauce in each cup.
- Add the remaining shredded cheese on top and then add the pepperoni.
- Bake in your pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Wait for pizzas to cool, and remove from muffin tin using a fork or knife. Pizzas should pop out with ease!
- Now they are ready to serve. They are best when they are served warm.
