Layers of Mint Oreo, chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and Cool whip make a delicious mint oreo layered dessert that is a fun recipe for St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients
- 24 mint Oreos
- 4 cups milk divided
- 5.9 ounce box Chocolate Pudding
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring

Instructions
- Make pudding according to directions on the box. Put it in the refrigerator until it has set.
- Dunk each Oreo in milk and place them in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Place cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and mint extract in the bowl of your mixer and whip together until well mixed.
- Add 8 ounces of Cool Whip and the green food coloring to the cream cheese mixture and whip together until well mixed. If you want the green coloring darker you can add more a drop at a time until you achieve the color you desire.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
- Spread the pudding over the cream cheese mixture layer.
- Top with the remaining 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
- Put it dish in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 1 hour.
- Cut slices and serve cold.
