These Mississippi Pork Chops are slow-cooked to perfection with Pepperoncini, ranch and brown gravy packets, and a stick of butter.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork chops boneless
- 1 oz. dry ranch packet
- 1 .87 brown gravy packet
- 12 oz Pepperoncini jar of sliced with the juice
- 1 tick/8 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- To a large skillet over medium-high heat add the pork chops and quickly brown them for 1 minute on each side, just to get some color on them not to cook through.
- In an 8 quart slow cooker, place down the pork chops, and pour the entire jar of sliced pepperoncini and juice on top.
- Sprinkle the ranch and brown gravy packet all over and place the stick of butter on top. Place lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
