Ingredients
- 2 lices of bread
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 lices of roasted turkey
- 2 lices of Provolone cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp of cranberry sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ C milk
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of mayo and mustard on the bread.
- Alternating, place the turkey and cheese onto the bread.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the other piece of bread.
- Heat a frying pan to medium heat.
- Mix together egg and milk
- Dip both sides of sandwich into egg mixture and then fry in pan until golden grown and cheese is melted.
