Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 passionfruit
- 1/2 lemon juice only
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Salad
- 2 starfruit
- 1 pint blackberry
- 6-8 cups lettuce use your favorite variety
Instructions
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the insides into a medium bowl. Whisk with the rest of the dressing ingredients.
- Place torn lettuce in a large salad bowl and toss with the dressing.
- Slice starfruit, wash berries and arrange over salad greens.
