Morning Green Juice

Morning Green Juice blends celery, cucumber, green apple, fresh spinach and mint leaves, and grated ginger for a fresh, vegetal, and lightly sweet beverage. It can be prepared by juicing or blending, yielding a nutrient-rich drink with a crisp, bright flavor and soothing herbal notes, ideal for a refreshing start to the day.

Description

The Morning Green Juice recipe calls for juicing or blending a combination of celery stalks, peeled cucumber ends, cored green apple, grated ginger, fresh spinach leaves, and fresh mint leaves. When juiced, each ingredient is processed separately in sequence, producing a smooth, clarified juice.

Alternatively, blending the ingredients with a small amount of water creates a thicker beverage that can be strained for a smoother texture. The juice offers a crisp, refreshing flavor profile with the sweetness of green apple balanced by the earthy greens, gentle heat from ginger, and aromatic freshness of mint.

This beverage works well as a light morning drink to hydrate and provide vitamins without heaviness or added sugars. It can serve as a palate cleanser or a nutrient boost alongside breakfast.
