This drink was invented on the Caribbean island of Mustique.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. light rum*
- 1 ½ oz. orange juice
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- champagne
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Shake all but the last ingredient with ice.
- Strain into a large wine glass.
- Top with fizz, and garnish with a half-slice of lemon.
