Don't be fooled by the tropical vibes of the Painkiller Cocktail. This refreshingly fruity drink will happily make you forget what ails you!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces dark rum (or Pusser's naval rum)
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- whole nutmeg (or ground nutmeg)
- half orange slice for garnish

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Then pour the dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut into the shaker.
- Cover and shake vigorously until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Grate some fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink. Garish with half an orange slice and enjoy!

Notes
- Freshly grated nutmeg is a whole other world from ground nutmeg. I highly recommend it. If you only have ground nutmeg on hand, that's okay to use too.
