  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp basil dried or 1 tbsp fresh leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 medium nectarine ripe; stones removed; sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomato halved
  • 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 10 small basil fresh leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt flaky
