Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peaches frozen
- 2 oz vodka Ketel One Rose & Grapefruit Botanical
- 4 oz prosecco
Instructions
- Add the frozen sliced peaches and the vodka to a blender. Pulse until combined and a thick puree is formed.
- Spoon the puree into the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Enjoy!
Notes
- We used grapefruit rose vodka for this recipe, but you can easily use nonflavored vodka as well.
- A traditional bellini has no sugar, but if you like it sweeter add a 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and work up from there.
