No-Bake Berry Energy Bites

These easy no-bake energy bites are bursting with berries in every bite. They are a great snack for on the go or anytime!

Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup Very Berry Cheerios
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, Very Berry Cheerios, coconut, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Stir in the dried blueberries.
- Roll the mixture into small balls. Store the energy bites in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Note-if your almond butter is too thick, you can heat the wet ingredients together in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them easier to stir. Use gluten-free oats if you need the recipe to be gluten-free.
