  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust layer: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, creating a firm crust.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

  4. Make the pudding layer: In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Make the whipped cream layer: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
