Nutter Butter Brownies

These Nutter Butter Brownies are a delicious chocolate brownie recipe with Nutter Butter cookies stuffed inside.

Ingredients
- 1 C butter melted and cooled
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 ¼ C sugar
- 1 C light brown sugar packed
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 C flour
- 1 C cocoa powder
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz jar of Peanut Butter
- 1 package of Nutter Butters
Chocolate Ganache ingredients
- 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 C mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Chop the package of nutter butter and set it aside
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with pam baking spray
- Using a medium bowl, melt the butter
- Using a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, and sugars
- Whisk in the eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Using a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder
- Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour batter into the baking pan and drop dollops of peanut butter into the brownie batter
- Sprinkle half of the chopped nutter butter onto the top of the brownie batter
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow cooling completely
Chocolate Ganache ingredients
- Using a small pot, bring the heavy cream to a boil
- Pour over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and let sit for 1 minute
- Whisk until smooth
- Scoop the ganache into the piping bag
- Using the remaining peanut butter, scoop ¼ C of the peanut butter into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Scoop into the second piping bag
- Cut the tips off the piping bags
- Drizzle both the melted peanut butter and ganache over the brownies and sprinkle the chopped nutter butter and mini chocolate chips on top
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
