Nutter Butter Brownies

These Nutter Butter Brownies are a delicious chocolate brownie recipe with Nutter Butter cookies stuffed inside.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 C butter melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 ¼ C sugar
  • 1 C light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 8 oz jar of Peanut Butter
  • 1 package of Nutter Butters

Chocolate Ganache ingredients

  • 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Chop the package of nutter butter and set it aside
  2. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with pam baking spray
  3. Using a medium bowl, melt the butter
  4. Using a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, and sugars
  5. Whisk in the eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  6. Using a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder
  7. Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips
  9. Pour batter into the baking pan and drop dollops of peanut butter into the brownie batter
  10. Sprinkle half of the chopped nutter butter onto the top of the brownie batter
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  12. Allow cooling completely

Chocolate Ganache ingredients

  1. Using a small pot, bring the heavy cream to a boil
  2. Pour over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and let sit for 1 minute
  3. Whisk until smooth
  4. Scoop the ganache into the piping bag
  5. Using the remaining peanut butter, scoop ¼ C of the peanut butter into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
  6. Scoop into the second piping bag
  7. Cut the tips off the piping bags
  8. Drizzle both the melted peanut butter and ganache over the brownies and sprinkle the chopped nutter butter and mini chocolate chips on top
  9. Cut into bars and enjoy!
