Olive Garden Salad Dressing
Description
This dressing recipe uses a packaged Italian seasoning mix combined with both vegetable and olive oils, along with mayonnaise to add body and creaminess. White vinegar and a touch of sugar deliver acidity and balance. Additional spices such as Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder deepen the flavor profile. When blended together until smooth, the dressing offers both tang and richness suitable for a variety of salads.
It can be poured over your preferred salad greens or vegetable mix to add moisture and seasoning. Its well-rounded, slightly tangy character enhances fresh vegetables without overpowering them.
Leftover dressing should be kept in an airtight container and will last up to three weeks refrigerated. Since separation can occur during storage, shaking the container well before use will restore its smooth texture.
