One Pot Egg and Tofu
Description
This recipe combines whisked eggs poured over silken tofu slabs in a hot pan, allowing the eggs to coat the tofu gently. The sauce, made from garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper, is added along with additional water to simmer and infuse flavor evenly.
Fresh coriander and pepper slices brighten the dish alongside a soft custard-like texture. The one-pot method simplifies preparation and cleanup, making it practical for a quick yet filling dish.
