Orange MilkShake Recipe

An orange milkshake is a delicious, easy treat and just what you need to beat the heat! Our version is made with orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream, and milk and will reminds you of a classic orange creamsicle popsicle.

Ingredients
- 2 cups orange sherbet 4 scoops
- 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream 3 scoops
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Add all three ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds - 1 minute until smooth.
Notes
- Top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
- If the shake is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk at a time and blend.
- If it’s not as thick as you’d like, blend in a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Use any milk you prefer
- Swap the full fat ice cream for lighter frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream for more healthy ingredients. You could also add chia seeds or flax seeds and /or a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.
- Use non-dairy ice cream and non- dairy milk like coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla soy milk, oat milk or rice milk
- I make it more of an orange creamsicle smoothie, add a banana with half the ice cream and sherbet.
- To make an adult version
- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 oz. whipped cream vodka
- Or use any regular vodka you enjoy
