These Oreo Brownies are slices of homemade chocolatey goodness packed with chocolate chunks and crunchy Oreo cookies!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder or unsweetened cocoa powder I like Hershey's
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 16 Oreo cookies divided

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Next, line the pan with parchment paper and spray again to ensure it is coated well.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Next add in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix together. Be sure to not over mix
- Roughly chop up all the Oreos and add half of them into the batter along with the chocolate chunks and fold everything together.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and place the other half of the chopped-up Oreos on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes until the brownies are set. Be sure to not over bake the brownies. Then, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can store these homemade Oreo brownies in an airtight container on your counter for 2-3 days, or in your fridge for up to 1 week.
- If you want to freeze these brownies you can do so in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 2 months.
