This Pandan Latte is easy to make and features the aromatic flavor of screwpine, blended harmoniously with coffee and milk.

Ingredients
Pandan cream:
- 30 ml heavy whipping cream
- few drops pandan extract
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar optional
Latte:
- 1-2 hots espresso or cold brew coffee, or Vietnamese coffee
- pandan syrup optional
- Ice cubes
- ½ C milk of your choice
Instructions
Make the pandan whipped cream:
- In a separate glass, combine heavy whipping cream with a few drops of pandan extract.
- Add 1 teaspoon powdered sugar if desired.
- Whip with a wire whisk until the cream reaches firm peaks.
Assemble:
- Pour a shot of espresso (or cold brew) to a tall glass.
- Add pandan syrup, if using.
- Fill with ice cubes.
- Pour in the milk.
- Top with pandan whipped cream.
