  • 4 lices of stale bread
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled whole
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

Instructions

  4. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often until the crumbs are browned and crispy.
